Technology Overview
ITRI developed a novel ionizable lipid for LNP-based mRNA delivery, designed for immune cell engineering in cancer immunotherapy. It avoids foreign patent restrictions, offers higher transfection efficiency and safety than commercial LNPs, and features simpler manufacturing with lower cost.

1. Established lipid library enables multiple proprietary LNP formulations for delivering various nucleic acid cargos
2. Demonstrates in vivo transfection efficiency in mice comparable to or better than commercial LNPs
